Pleasure Cove Marina RV Campgrounds Lake Berryessa

I spent a couple of days camping at Lake Berryessa at Pleasure Cove. $37 a night full hook ups, plus $10.50 for the dog. It’s nice, mostly the people who own the boats, camping wit their kids. Lots of kids, the dog got some practice NOT barking at them; he…

Quick Pit Stop in Williams CA on I5

We stopped for less than an hour in Williams California. The town looks like it has been around for a long time. The little farmer’s market was nice, all Mexican. The town appears to be mainly Hispanic farm workers. We participate in the Amazon affiliate program, as well as the…

Fulltime RV Wifi Internet and Phone

I had a millenicom.com internet hot spot, which runs on the Verizon network, with 20 GB of data for $89 a month. I had a Sprint smart phone, which is great in the cities, but doesn’t get a signal most places, so I got a Verizon ‘dumb phone’ for $49 a month, since the hot spot powers my laptop and tablet, and Verizon smart phone plans are so expensive. Unfortunately, Verizon has the widest coverage, so if you plan on traveling, you might have to go with it. Continue reading
